Travel health consultations for travelers going south on vacation
and
Pre-travel COVID 19 rapid antigen tests if you need them for any location.

Whether you are going south for vacation or to Europe for business, it is important to stay safe and healthy.

Our pharmacists can provide you with a pre-travel consultation that will help you decrease your risk of food, water or mosquito-borne illness.

Our goal is to help ensure you spend your trip focusing on things important to you and not worrying about your health.

Our travel health consultations focus on travel to common destinations, such as those within North America, the Caribbean, and Western Europe.

During your consultation we will:

Review your medical history and travel plans
Make recommendations for vaccinations and medications you require for your trip, including, but not limited to:
- Hepatitis A and B vaccine
- Vaccine for travellers’ diarrhea
- Antibiotics to treat travellers’ diarrhea
  Influenza
- Malaria prophylaxis
- Sunscreen and mosquito repellants
Prescribe and administer any vaccines you need
Provide advice on how you can protect your health during your trip
Provide a detailed record of your consultation for you and your family physician

Pre-travel COVID 19 rapid antigen tests

Pre-travel rapid COVID19 antigen screening now available in-store.

Are you travelling and require a rapid antigen test before you leave? If so, our pharmacist can complete your screening and provide you with certified results to take with you.

Important things to keep in mind:

You must be asymptomatic to complete the screening in-store. If you have COVID19 symptoms you should complete a self-test at home prior to arriving at the store.
We will need to see your passport or travel documents in order to certify your results.
Rapid antigen screening must be completed in store with our pharmacist, please do not bring your self-test device with you.
Our screening is a rapid antigen test only and not a PCR test. You are responsible for reviewing the entry requirements for the country you are going to ensure a rapid antigen test is acceptable.
Rapid antigen screening is completed by appointment only, so be sure to book your appointment within the timeframe required by the country you are visiting.

3 easy steps to obtain pre-travel rapid COVID19 antigen screening:

1.) Click here to book an appointment.
Be sure to complete the screening prior to arriving at the pharmacy. Don’t forget to confirm the type of test you require and the timeframe in which it must be completed

2.) Arrive for your appointment no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
Be sure to bring your passport or other travel documents with you. Masks must be worn at all times while in our consultation room. If you are showing any COVID19 symptoms do not come to the pharmacy – complete a self-test at home first.

3.) Obtain a certified copy of your results from our pharmacist in about 15 minutes.
